Our stay was wonderful! The home was beautiful both inside and the outside views. We came for spring break with our college aged kids and they absolutely loved the place. Plenty of space for all 10 of us. Pool and dock was nice and access to the beach across the road was amazing. Having access to your own beach and not fighting the crowds at the public beaches is worth a lot. Just the relaxation we needed! Would definitely return!

The house is beautiful, the description is accurate, and the bay view is very nice. We were aware that the pool was not heated; however, for the price we paid, we would not choose to rent a property at this level again without this convenience, especially when traveling with children during the winter. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable due to a poorly assembled base, and we had to place the mattress on the floor on the last night. The pillows could also be of better quality. Although the beach is directly in front of the house, clearer instructions on how to access it would be helpful, as the pathway can feel like private property. During the winter, with fewer people in the area, the location can feel quite isolated. Overall, we had a good stay, but we would likely choose a different option during the winter.
