This place is totally sufficient. It wasn't the best placed I've rented, nor was it the worst. It's totally fine. We had 15 people on a family reunion/thanksgiving trip. There was enough room for everyone, which is a rarity with that many people. The house was clean, but it was also sparse and filled with an assortment of random furniture and bedding. The kitchen supplies were this way, too: enough to get by, but nothing nice. Again, it was fine. You won't love it, but I doubt you'll hate it.
