Guests love the manager communication, size, and as advertised
We were out of town for spring break and rented and air bnb got to Florida and they canceled our reservation 2 minutes before check in made several calls to air bnb who were know help gave us the running around as if they were going to help us but in the end did not, during the process of talking to them I messaged the host and was talking with her and explained to her what happened to us and she told me that she would rent us a home to stay in but she would be leaving in 30 minutes but within that time we were still talking to air bnb who promised us a credit to go towards our stay for the night but didn’t honor it so we missed the host who name was Aileen so we called global after hour emergency number because she was our only hope we had no where to go with small children we called global hours explained that we were talking to Aileen about a rental that we had booked but was pending approval they got in touch with her and they worked it all out for us and got us in a home that night they worked after hours to help us and they are so greatly appreciated by me and my family we thank them ladies so much! Global is the best place to rent a home they are number 1 in our books and we definitely will use them again!!

The host Global Vacation Rental agents were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. The only concerns I had were that the home was somewhat dusty and certain areas could have been better maintained. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
