Guests love the great location, size, and manager communication
The property was very well maintained, lots of space, lots of kitchen appliances and gadgets and lots of linens. Our pool heat did not work for 3 days while we had paid for it so that was frustrating but a Global employee came to check in out in day 2 to tell us the timer for the spa was broken so it wasn’t heading the pool, day 3 he came back and changed it out. We finally had pool heat but no one reached out to offer a 3 day refund
We spent four days here for our family’s first Disney and Universal vacation while our daughter was playing in a tournament at the ESPN complex. The location was super convenient to come and go from all the parks (just 10-15 minutes from everything Disney). We appreciated all the space to allow everyone time to themselves. The themed rooms were fantastic for the kids and the game room was a huge hit! We also loved the private pool and hot tub. It was a little cooler and overcast and rainy so we didn’t get to use the resort at all but everything looked great. The house was also clean and we didn’t have any issues while visiting.

We stayed with our children/grandchildren (10 people total) and the home was spacious, very clean and modern! We would definitely use this home again! The resort pool area was awesome! The management company responded promptly to all questions!
Great house and location for a Disney family vacation

Great home, perfect location if you’re planning to go to the theme parks. House has everything you might need. Host replied within minutes if we had a question. Thank you so much.
