I almost hesitate to say how wonderful our stay was because I know then it will always be booked! But we had an amazing time at this property. Pictures just don't do it justice. The house was clean and well cared for. The location was in a quiet neighborhood right on the canal which provided for amazing sunrise views. We were even able to see the Artemis launch! The kitchen is well equipped and there are all kinds of beach supplies for your use--chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel and fins, beach towels, etc. The freezer even had multiple large ice packs for the coolers! So many thoughtful amenities for guests. We sincerely hope this place will be available the next time we come down! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was a great place great location and very easy communication

This is a wonderful house. It is really sensibly laid out, with two bedrooms with direct access to the lanai. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out. There are fabulous long sliders onto the lanai. The landscaping outside the pool cage is excellent and the pool is very clean and well maintained. Location is great for Charlotte Sports Park, for Spring Training, and for Boca Grande. We had a wonderful time!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at this property. We’ve been vacationing in the area for over 20 years and we enjoyed the proximity to local beaches, the grocery store, and other nearby attractions. We were thrilled to be able to have an early check-in and a later check-out; it was almost like having an extra day of vacation. The home is beautiful and was the perfect size for us. We spent so much time on the large lanai and had a blast swimming in the pool. We’ll be back for sure!
