Very clean home with a beautiful pool in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Close to charlotte harbor, 40 minutes from ft. Meyers airport and 10 minutes from kings highway. The only negative is apparently the neighbors have acess to the garage where they store their motorcycles. We came home one evening and one was gone, we contacted the host hoping it wasnt stolen and they advised that the neighbor came in and got it. It honestly was a little unsettling but we were told it was a miscommunication. Then, it happened again towards the end of the stay with the other motorcycle. The host apologized profusely and stated the neighbors know better but its still unsettling that someone else has acess to the home and we werent notified. I'd rather have them knock and say "hey, mind if we grab the motorcycle ". But all in all the home was cozy, clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

We sure enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed morning walks along the quiet streets and sitting in the lanai reading a book. The home was very well equipped-as much as our own home. The home backs up to a nature preserve so there was a lot of privacy. It was easy to drive to restaurants in Port Charlotte. We did use the pool, so much fun, and there were a couple of bikes which we also used to explore the area.

Hey I’m Sharocker I stayed on this property 18th -29th and had no problems if I needed anything they had it sent right over… no 2 rolls of tissue/trash bags when arrived no problem items was sent right over… everything was nice we had an good time…pool was clean and good fam and friends had an blast in it kids enjoyed also… I will book again…
