Location, location, location! This loft is situated in a fantastic part of Punta Gorda, completely walkable to many restaurants, and only a short drive from others. Publix is very close, making it convenient for those food runs for snacks or if you want to cook in instead of enjoying the local food. We found the loft to be very comfortable and charming all at the same time, and the privacy of the outdoor area was wonderful. We felt very at home. While we did experience an AC outage (the only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review) during our stay, Global Vacations' staff was prompt and responsive in getting a tech sent out to fix the issue. If you're in Punta Gorda and want to experience the downtown area, I highly suggest this space.

Everyone I spoke with at Global Vacation Rentals, were friendly and accommodating. I had some questions about the area and they were answered immediately. The place was SUPER clean and cozy. Easily walkable to all sorts of restaurants. The Tiki place down the road on the water was our favorite. Thanks for allowing us an early check in, as well as a late check out. We would 100% stay at this location again.
