The property was clean and super affordable. I will definitely be back again!

The property was clean and the checkin process was smooth. They send a contract with checkin instructions prior. The property was more expensive than any of the other Airbnb's that we stayed in $470 per night when others have been $350 or less and we are frequent Airbnb users. We were disappointed to learn that it was small for the price. The pictures are angled in a way that the rooms look bigger than they are. We reached out to the host and asked if they would be able to offer another property as an accommodation or to rectify the situation in some way, they were quick to respond but were unwilling to do so, stating they are sorry we felt the photos misrepresented the size of the property and stating that they feel the listing accurately described the property and they hope we enjoy our stay. I felt dismissed and dissatisfied.

I was not satisfied at all about our stay there my 18month old found a small screw on the carpet in the downstairs bedroom and I stepped on a different screw as well. The tvs and wifi were lagging very badly and it was very hot in the rooms. The clubhouse pool area did not meet my expectations because the only reason we booked the place was because of the lazy river and when we got there it was all concrete way overpriced food as well. Please update pictures of the clubhouse and pool area
