The house was in a good area however the main bathroom was clogged, despite the host trying to fix the issue the bathroom was still clogged which caused some challenges with sharing the space. The other issue was that the house had a bad odor inside and within the area of the pool. It felt like being near a cesspool. On the plus side - the neighbors and neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet.
We were allowed to check in a couple hours early, which was great for our arrival. House was spotless and pool was nice and warm. Had one small issue with a bathroom during our trip which was addressed very quickly. Otherwise everything was as good or better than described...well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and everything else we needed. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times, so we knew it was a great location for visiting the nearby Disney parks and also plenty of amenities if you want to stay home for a day or two and relax.
The house perfectly matched the needs of my family. It was spacious, clean and private. The gated community is perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. The host was very responsive and helpful, there was only 1 issue with a toilet which the host was actively working to resolve through our stay. I would recommend the location for families who are looking for a private place to relax after a busy day at the parks in Orlando.
Pictures does this place no justice. The house was nice and clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again
