The place was just as pictured, the pool was beautiful, the house was clean, lots of space and very cozy. The canal was great for the kids to fish in. Lots of pool and beach toys for us to enjoy! It accommodated two families perfectly. Reasons for 4 stars: we purchased pool heat but there were issues and we didn’t have pool heat until the evening before we left. We found a lot of candy wrappers under the bunk beds and in random drawers. There was only a little bit of propane in the grill tank so we could only grill one night. Under the grill where the propane tank sat, there was a lot of animal droppings, which my husband cleaned out. Lastly, the coffee pot pour spout piece on the glass pot was broken off, and the edge was sharp. We used it anyways.
Had a great stay! House was clean with everything we needed for kitchen amenities. Easy to get to beach and the home had beach gear making for a great day in the sun!

Beach and fishing equipment was available- which was wonderful for a traveling family with young kiddos! Highly recommended.

The home was beautiful. The layout of perfect for two families. Everyone had their own room that was private. The house was cleaned and well stocked with basic needs. The pool and canal area were clean. We plan to stay again. We visited with family who live in the area and the pool area and home layout was great for a small gathering. Beautiful home on a canal. Great neighborhood with close access to shops and restaurants. Beautiful beaches.
This is year 10 for our Christmas vacation and first in this home. Immediately I stated that this home should be the one we get every year. We were able to get early check in after driving 18 hours to get there. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials needed for meals. The kayaks were missing the life vests, I messaged about that and a Walmart delivery order was placed immediately by the host and delivered within the hour. I do not have any negative thing to say about the home other than I wish the pool was heated, but we knew it was not before booking.
