The home was clean and pool was great. The guest rooms were a little small but still nice. I loved that there were enough towels for our entire stay! The pool was clean and the lanai was nice. I would suggest adding a few more chairs poolside, there were only 2. Make sure you get detailed instructions on how the hot tub and pool hear work, took us a few days and techs out to the house to get it working but once we figured it out it was great. The management company is very responsive and easy to work with. This house is a great get away.

We had a wonderful week in port charlotte! The house had everything our family could need! I enjoyed sitting out on the lanai and drinking my coffee in the morning looking at the water. My kids loved the swimming pool and the games in the family room, and my husband loved fishing off the dock. It was such a homey space and we felt so comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Port Charlotte on the bay. The home was spotless and truly immaculate. You could tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The location on the bay was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We flip homes and we could appreciate that this place was recently flipped but they didn't cut corners. They paid attention to details and used quality products. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We also enjoyed using the kayaks and going through the channels. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. It was in a neighborhood so it was quiet and tucked away but still a short drive to anything you need.
