The house actually looked better in person than online which was impressive. The clubhouse area with pools I felt was small in scare in comparison to how many units are on site. It was very crowded. Also you are only allowed 5 cars per unit which is hard to do when a house accommodates 26 people and you have a lot of people going. I requested a 6th pass 2 months prior to going and was approved only to have my 6th arrival turned away at 10:00 pm at night with 4 sleepy children. Even having the confirmation email we were not able to get my son and his family in. Finally I had to turn my pass in and go off site and park my suv at a nearby business and hope that I wouldn’t get towed while we waited for about 20 more hours before it was straightened out. It is nerve racking to get in the main gate but there is a second entrance that was easier. We only had 16 towels for 21 people when it said that we had 42 towels. I reported this but did not ever get anymore towels. The water wasn’t working at all for about 20 at one point but was quickly fixed. The house was nice overall but the oarking issue would probably prevent me from returning. The online person who helped me was wonderful and helpful to the best of her ability but was limited on some of the things that she could fix herself.

Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The space was perfect for our family, plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and the little touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming. Our host was fantastic- responsive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Location was ideal, close enough to the parks and out of I-4 traffic. Although the resort was very busy, it was a great addition and we enjoyed all the amenities! We made so many wonderful memories here and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend this place to any families looking for a relaxing getaway!

The house was amazing. The property was better than the photos and well themed. The kitchen was stocked with supply to fit our large group and had everything you would need. Additionally, the security at the property was amazing.

What a fantastic vacation home. The decorated rooms, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen, pool and hot tub, but my favorite feature was the amazing game room. My group had a fantastic time. Can't wait to stay there again!

We stayed at an Airbnb home called Charming Escape in the Windsor Island Resort area of Davenport, and it absolutely lived up to its name. Our small group of 10 held a retreat there for a week in early November, and the home fit us perfectly. Honestly, we could have doubled in size and still had plenty of room. The 10 themed bedrooms were a hit — Disney and Universal touches everywhere — and the Star Wars–themed movie room quickly became a favorite. Watching Star Wars surrounded by larger-than-life Darth Vader, Chewbacca, and Stormtrooper figures was unforgettable. The game room kept everyone busy and laughing, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen and large dining area had everything we needed for group meals. The private pool and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind at the end of each day. The location was ideal too. Being a short drive from both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort made it easy for us to mix in some fun between sessions. The gated community amenities were another big plus. The huge pool, gym, lazy river, and the entire resort area made it feel like a true vacation experience. What stood out most was how warm and thoughtfully designed the house felt. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating a place that’s fun, comfortable, and welcoming. It gave us the right mix of connection, relaxation, and a little Orlando magic. Big thanks to Stacey, the realtor and home decorator, for coordinating everything, and to Heidi and Craig, the owners of Charming Escape, for providing such a fantastic home base for our retreat. We’ll definitely be back. On a scale of 1 to 10, this place is an 11. Highly recommend.
