Yes. As of September 2023, Solterra Resort charges a small clubhouse and amenities fee paid in person upon arrival at the clubhouse. The fee is $35 for groups of 1-12 people and $45 for groups of 13 or more, covering access to the pool complex, lazy river, fitness center, and other shared facilities.

The Solterra clubhouse features a large resort pool with waterslides and a lazy river, a tiki-style pool bar, BBQ areas, a fitness center, sand volleyball, and tennis courts. Pool cabanas are available for rent, and the resort sits close to grocery stores, shops, a coffee shop, and an on-site restaurant for everyday convenience.
