Finding your Florida
How we choose the first homes you see.
A thoughtful starting point, a little daily variety, and the freedom to find your own favorite.
Start with our recommended homes
Our reservation system supplies the recommended order. We use that order as the starting point, rather than sorting homes by their names or property codes.
A little variety, once a day
At midnight Eastern, we refresh the recommended order and gently shuffle nearby positions. The order stays consistent throughout the day, so refreshing the page does not constantly move your favorites around.
The same approach on every device
Phones, tablets, and computers use the same recommended order for the same search. Your dates, destination, guest count, and other filters determine which homes are included.
You choose how to compare
Prefer to start with price, bedrooms, or guest reviews? Choose a different sort in the search filters. Your chosen sort takes priority over the recommended order.
Daily changes do not guarantee any home a particular position or equal time at the top. We continue to review and improve the experience to help guests find the right stay.
