Pool Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Resort Parking Rules:The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars per townhome.Each townhome has its own numbered parking spaces. You may park on your unit's numbered spots or any other unnumbered spots.  Paradise Palms Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please be advised that the Clubhouse Pool Deck, including the swimming pool, sports court, and Bar & Grill seating area, will be closed beginning Monday September 14th and will remain closed for 7-10 days until Wednesday September 23rd, weather and project conditions permitting. Maintenance to the sports court which will require 2-3 days to complete. During the closure, the main pool, hot tubs and kiddie pool will be closed. The bar and grill will be open and offer mobile service & pickup. All other areas of the clubhouse will be open including the retail store.

 FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
