Welcome to Charming Retreat at Reunion

Experience the best of Reunion Resort at Charming Retreat, a bright and comfortable 5-bedroom, 5-bath pool home located just miles from Walt Disney World, perfect for Disney vacations, golf trips, multi-family stays, corporate visits, and relaxed group getaways.
With over 3,000 square feet, three king bedrooms, two themed full-over-full bunk rooms with twin trundles, and private en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom, this home gives everyone room to spread out. It is a great fit for families traveling together, multiple adult couples, or golf groups looking for a comfortable Reunion home base with private bedrooms, private bathrooms, resort access, and plenty of space to unwind.

Step inside to a bright, modern kitchen with clean white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, stylish bar seating, and eye-catching design details. The kitchen flows easily into the dining area, which seats 8, plus a breakfast bar with seating for 3.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the large family room offers open views of the pool, plenty of natural light, a wet bar, and a spacious living area with an 85-inch TV. It is an easy gathering space for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a long day at the parks or on the golf course.

Upstairs, the second-floor loft provides another comfortable place to unwind. With a sectional sofa, stylish d cor, and natural light, this flexible space works well for casual conversations, movie nights, or giving kids and adults a little extra room to spread out.

Each bedroom is designed as a private retreat with its own en-suite bathroom, adding comfort and convenience for everyone in the group. The home is also completely carpet-free, with hardwood, tile, or refined luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout for a clean, modern feel.

For extra fun, the garage game room gives guests another place to hang out between park days, pool time, or golf rounds. Enjoy air hockey, Ice Ball arcade, a classic arcade game, a racing arcade game, and a large flat-screen smart TV. It is a great bonus space for kids, teens, and adults looking for some friendly competition.

Outside, enjoy the Florida sunshine from your private pool and covered lanai. Take a swim, relax in the shade, stretch out on one of the sun loungers, or enjoy the colorful seating nook for casual outdoor downtime.

Charming Retreat is located in the highly sought-after Reunion Resort Club, with access to world-class golf courses, resort-style pools, fitness centers, dining options, and more. The property also provides ample parking for guests, making arrival and daily outings easy.
